Facilities Management, Geospatial Engineering Services is looking for student workers to assist in the scanning and processing of facility records.  Students will use a variety of software such as OnBase to process digital documents. This role will involve preparing paper documents to be scanned, scanning, indexing and disposition of documents.

Preferred candidate will have some experience with using a scanner, and basic Microsoft Office Suite experience.

Position Compensation: $20.00 Hourly

Looking to hire several students to achieve an equivalency of 40 hours a week.

Anticipated Assignment Dates: December 8, 2025 - April 2026 with possible extension.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
