This position will help our Leasing and Development teams research, analyze, report, map, and model the merits of one site or location over another, using relevant market demographic and trade area patterns and users.

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and high-quality GIS-based cartographic products focusing on location intelligence, including static maps and web-based mapping applications
• Research demographic trends, housing stats, job growth, and other data utilized when making commercial real estate decisions
• Maintain spatial data, tabular data, and In-house materials
• Create demographic and spatial analysis while highlighting site selection
• Research, collect, maintain, and create spatial data from various sources

Qualifications:

• A solid understanding of GIS fundamentals and applications
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Geography, GIS, or related degree.
• Working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Desktop 10, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of GIS data mining, collection, and editing

Additional Qualifications a Plus:

• Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
• Commercial Real Estate experience
• Familiarity with basic programming (python, SQL, etc.)
• Experience with MapInfo and Microsoft Access Training

• Experience with third-party data providers, including but not limited to: Placer ai, Yardi
