REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 2 years of GIS experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience in Smallworld
* Utility experience
* GIS or related technical degree preferred.
* Strong background and demonstrated experience in ESRI products
