JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for implementation, operation, and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, GIS Systems and business processes. Specific responsibilities include blueprinting business processes and implementing system and process changes. Leads small to medium projects with minimal guidance and acts as subject matter expert within assigned functional area. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.

Researches new functionality to fulfill business needs.

Implements system and process modifications.
Defines gaps between business requirements and as-is solutions.
 
Customer Focus – Seeking a candidate who puts customers, both internal and external, at the center of business decisions in order to identify and respond to current and future customer needs. Builds customer confidence, is committed to increasing customer satisfaction, sets achievable customer expectations, assumes responsibility for solving customer problems, ensures commitments to customers are met, solicits opinions and ideas from customers, responds to internal customers.

Assists change management including assessing change readiness and preparing plans to guide stakeholders through change.
 
Job Technical Skills – This position requires an individual who keeps his/her technical skills current; effectively applies specialized knowledge and skills to perform work tasks; understands and masters the technical skills, knowledge, and tasks associated with his/her job; shares technical expertise with others.

Performs configuration of assigned modules.
Provides subject matter technical and process expertise to internal departments, external customers, and vendors
 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, and
  • At least two years of progressively responsible ERP experience in area of assignment, or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
