Capstone IT is helping our client find a GIS Integration Developer who will support ongoing GIS upgrade projects by building and maintaining map services that sit between Esri GIS databases and IBM Maximo. This role focuses on data integration, transformation, and service development, working closely with GIS platforms, backend databases, and Maximo to ensure reliable data flow across systems. Day to day, this person will develop and maintain FME workflows, write map services, and support GIS-to-Maximo integrations.

• FME (Feature Manipulation Engine)
• Esri GIS (ArcGIS, map services)
• Database fundamentals (Oracle and/or SQL Server)
• GIS system integration / data transformation

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain map services between Esri GIS databases and Maximo
• Build and support FME workflows for GIS data transformation and integration
• Support GIS upgrade initiatives and related system enhancements
• Work with Oracle and SQL Server databases to query, validate, and move data
• Collaborate with GIS, asset management, and technical teams to support integration needs

Required:
• Hands-on FME experience
• GIS experience or strong exposure to Esri-based environments
• Basic database skills with Oracle and/or SQL Server


Nice to Have:
• IBM Maximo experience
• Python or Jython scripting experience
