Job Description:

• Maintain and enhance parcel-based storm water billing system using ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Enterprise

• Perform spatial analysis and mapping to support billing accuracy

• Integrate GIS layers with the billing database and public-facing tools

• Work closely with PWD’s billing team on appeals, credits, and program adjustments

 

Skills Required:

• ArcGIS Desktop 10.8.2+, ArcGIS Pro 3.x

• ArcObjects, Python (ArcPy)

• Geo database design and maintenance
