About the Role:
The role of GIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting our telecommunications infrastructure projects by analyzing high-level designs (HLD) and determining the feasibility of proposed network deployments using geographic information systems (GIS) technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze high-level designs (HLD) for telecommunications network deployments to assess the feasibility of proposed infrastructure projects.
- Utilize GIS software and spatial analysis techniques to evaluate geographic data and identify optimal locations for network infrastructure components such as towers, antennas, and fiber optic cables.
- Conduct studies to determine the suitability of proposed sites for network infrastructure deployment based on factors such as terrain, land use, environmental regulations, and existing infrastructure.
- Assist in the selection of sites for new telecommunications infrastructure based on spatial analysis, site surveys, and stakeholder requirements.
- Collect, organize, and maintain spatial datasets related to telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Create maps and visualizations to communicate spatial information, site locations, and network designs to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Document findings, methodologies, and recommendations in technical reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, regulatory compliance, and project management to support the successful implementation of telecommunications projects.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to verify the accuracy and reliability of spatial data and analysis results.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent education, required.
- Associate degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with GIS data collection, data management, spatial analysis, and cartographic design.
- Familiarity with telecommunication infrastructure and network planning concepts is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for conducting spatial analysis, troubleshooting GIS issues, and resolving data discrepancies.
- Ability to identify and solve complex spatial problems using GIS tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
