Job Description: Seeking a highly skilled GIS Analyst to support multiple complex applications with a focus on geospatial data, web/mobile services, and spatial analysis. You'll collaborate with project teams to ensure quality, milestones, and deadlines are met, develop GIS solutions, maintain basemaps, and support various platforms (web, client-server, and mobile). Strong testing, data validation, and ADA compliance knowledge are essential.

Key Technical Skills:

  • 4+ years GIS experience (ArcGIS Online/Portal, basemap creation, imagery analysis, dashboards)
  • Proficient SQL: scripts, stored procedures, functions, SSIS; maintain spatial databases and metadata
  • Web/app development: C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS/JS, XML, AJAX; Typescript; Power Apps
  • Data testing & QA: unit, system, regression, automated testing; ensure product quality
  • ADA compliance and accessibility standards; 2+ years in .NET/Angular and MS ADO; Git

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with MS Office, Helix, Angular, Tile Cache, and GIS web services
  • Familiarity with geospatial data workflows and basemap services
