Duration: 11 months (Hybrid)

Seeking for a GIS Analyst to support multiple complex applications primarily for the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE). The role involves collaborating with development teams, ensuring project quality, and meeting milestones and deadlines. Responsibilities include developing solutions for spatial data needs and supporting application development for DNR, EGLE. The position requires adherence to standards and continuous learning in changing IT technologies.

• 4 years of experience in GIS, cartography, CADD, or related field.
• Experience in developing user interfaces, performing complex spatial analyses, and producing reports with ArcGIS Online (AGOL) and Portal.
• Experience in creating basemaps, tile caches, and imagery analysis.
• Advanced skills in SQL, including writing database scripts, stored procedures, and maintaining spatial databases.
• Experience in unit testing, system testing, regression testing, and automated testing.
• 2 years of experience in C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Transact SQL (T-SQL), and Typescript.
• Knowledge of ADA Compliance.

• Experience with MS ADO, GIT, MS Office, Helix, and Angular.

• Bachelor's degree required. Foreign degrees accepted if equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree.
