Be part of a dynamic team and maintain responsibility for working on a variety of geospatial projects for US government clients. Support geospatial governance efforts by multiple federal inter-agency bodies focused on geospatial governance, partnerships, data management, standards, and analysis. Engage with government and other stakeholders to identify data sources, and share information on the use or value of geospatial analysis.
-2+ years of experience with geospatial work in a professional environment
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
-Experience with using geospatial software tools, including ESRI ArcGIS and Google Earth and geospatial data
-Ability to access or categorize multiple sources of data, including real-time or dynamic, imagery, and LIDAR for use by the community
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Ability to help coordinate interagency geospatial meetings, 100+ stakeholder geospatial Webinars, and related partnership efforts
-Ability to comprehend an organization's mission or requirements and develop innovative products to support their mission
-Ability to give presentations and explain geospatial tools or data requirements to stakeholders
-Ability to work independently and accomplish goals or tasks with minimal assistance
