Maintain and update the Geographical Information System (GIS) data and metadata for all of TWA's Water, Reclaim and Sanitary assets. Analyze, troubleshoot and improve existing GIS data and its application in GIS. Digitize GIS features and geo-rectifies images, engineering plans and CAD files to support GIS maintenance processes. Perform outdoor field data collection via handheld GPS and enter it into the GIS. Assist other departments with the production of mapping plots and performing spatial analysis to assist decision making. Support other GIS staff (Interns) and field workers on basic functionality and use of the GIS. Document, develop and complete projects as assigned by GIS Manager. Performs other related duties as assigned.
