Consultant must perform all activities to the agreed upon project plan/schedule. Work must be completed according to the specifications and standards set by the State.
The consultant must:
Develop, update and maintain stormwater related databases: Correct data;Create additional data sets;Update digital data layers;Perform data analysis; andCreate corresponding maps.Coordinate activities with other NDOT Divisions and with outside agencies for the development, sharing, and maintenance of stormwater management data in GIS and other databases of common interest to each entity;Use GIS analysis tools and input from NDOT staff to rank watersheds, projects, and other elements based on potential water quality impacts and prioritize inspection and maintenance activities;Research, identify and assemble existing data sets and develop maps, reports, and visual presentations;Assist and train staff on use of GIS;Collect GPS and survey mapping data;Assist with the development, implementation, coordination, and data collection for the Stormwater Division asset inventory;Perform data entry to populate databases and other information storage and retrieval systems; and
Develop and administer a Change Management Program using a Quality Assurance (QA) - Quality Control (QC) process.
