-Bachelor degree in Geography, Computer Science, Public Health or related field, or equivalent work experience.

-Experience working with multi-lingual and varying demographic audiences.
-Experience developing workflows using ArcGIS online, ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS server experience.
-Experience working on teams with system implementation methodology and enterprise integration.
