HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO POST A JOB?

It costs $95 to post a job listing to My GIS Jobs. We also offer a discounted plan for employers posting multiple positions per month. Contact Us to learn more about our bulk posting plan.

HOW DO I POST A JOB?

Simply click on Get Started Now, enter your job details in our online form. Then enter your credit card information. If you wish to pay by invoice and check, please Contact Us prior to posting. We will promptly give you instructions on how to post your job.

CAN I EDIT MY POSTING LATER?

Yes. After you post your job listing, you will receive a confirmation email with a link for you to make any future edits. Simply click on the link, make the changes to your listing, and click “Save.” If you are unable to find your confirmation email, please Contact Us.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY JOB POSTING APPEARS ON THE SITE?

Usually in 2 hours or less. After you submit your posting, our administrators review it to make sure that the information is complete and to fix any formatting issues. Once your listing appears on the site, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your listing and link for you to make any future edits.

CAN I PAY WITH INVOICE AND CHECK?

Yes, if you wish to pay by invoice and check, please contact us first and we’ll give you instructions on how to post. Simply submit your request with your name, company, telephone number, and email address. We will respond promptly with simple instructions on how to post.

CAN I GET A COPY OF YOUR W-9?

Yes. If you would like our W-9, please contact us with a request. Simply submit your request with your name, company, telephone number, and email address. We will respond promptly with a copy of our W-9.

HOW DO YOU PROTECT MY PRIVACY?

We use SSL technology to protect your credit card and personal information. We never share your personal information with anyone. We never store your credit card information on our site. Protecting your privacy is our highest priority.

How Do I Apply for a Job?

All job postings should contain either instructions on how to apply and/or a link to the employer’s website where application instructions should be located. All job postings are created by the respective employers and the employers are responsible for its content including any instructions about how to apply for the job opening.

Do you offer job alerts? How do I sign up?

You can subscribe to our job alert emails by visiting our Job Alert Subscription page. You will then receive an email (usually twice per week) containing new job listings posted to the site. We never share your email address with anyone and you can unsubscribe at anytime.

How do I unsubscribe from your job alert emails?

At the bottom of our email alerts is a link for you to unsubscribe from our email alerts.

I noticed an issue with a job posting.

Please contact us if you notice any issues or problems with a job posting. Please include the job title, employer name, the link to the listing and the issues that you’ve encountered. We will investigate promptly.

I encountered a bug using the site.

Please contact us if you encounter any bugs on the site. Your feedback is extremely helpful to us in identifying bugs and fixing them. Please tell us what problem you encountered and please include a link to the page where you encountered the problem.
